I have 30 days to exchange or get a refund. After receiving your package, you have a period of 30 days to exchange it or, if necessary, get a refund. This return is at your expense.

The transport costs related to the return of the order are the responsibility of the customer. To be accepted, a product must be returned new, complete without any signs of wear and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the return of merchandise will be considered non-compliant and will not be refunded by doursoux.com.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT TO WHAT I ORDERED?
THE CARRIER DELIVERS A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR BROKEN PRODUCT
Open your package in front of the carrier and check its contents. If everything is not in order, refuse it and ask the carrier to return it to us. This is the easiest solution for you. We will take care of everything as soon as we receive this package, and you will not have to pay the return costs.
PRODUCT NON-CONFORMING TO THE ORDER OR DEFECTIVE
If the delivered item does not match the ordered product (wrong model, size, color, or references), you have a period of 30 days upon receipt of the package to request a return from doursoux.com. Return costs will be refunded, and the item will be exchanged or refunded according to your preference. In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs for a new package will be borne by doursoux.com. To be accepted, a non-conforming product must be returned new, complete without any signs of wear and in its original packaging. When returning, the accessories (power cable, optical cover, case...) sold with the product must also be present in the original packaging of the item. If these conditions are not met, the return of merchandise will be considered non-compliant and will not be refunded or exchanged by doursoux.com.
